Program Title: "Top 3 Ways to Increase Employee Engagement"

Presented by: Jennifer Henry, HR Project Manager with The Employers Association (TEA) in Charlotte, NC

Employee Satisfaction vs. Employee Engagement: Is there really a difference, and why does it matter?  Employee Engagement is about more than casual dress, bring your dog to work days and free ice cream Fridays.  What your employees really want may not be what you think.  Increasing employee engagement with your organization can be overwhelming – we will show you ways to measure engagement and implementation strategies.  Successful employee engagement programs will help you retain key talent to maximize productivity, increase overall satisfaction and reduce turnover.

In this program, we will discuss the key drivers of engagement; way of measuring levels of engagement and the importance of communication in the organization.
