About Us
The purpose of IHRA is to provide a local forum for personal and professional development; provide an opportunity to develop leadership, managerial, public speaking and group decision-making skills, and provide for networking opportunities among colleagues.
IHRA provides a variety of professional development speakers each month to the members to remain current in legislative issues regarding local, state and national HR related issues that affect the HR professional. A volunteer Board of Directors leads the membership of IHRA.
