Join us on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 beginning at 12 noon for our monthly IHRA Virtual Chapter Meeting entitled “Mastering Motivation in the Virtual World” presented by Nicole Greer with Vibrant Coaching!
In Nicole’s presentation, she’ll explore how to motivate teams working remotely. Nicole will share her belief that the remote trend is not just a temporary COVID consequence but a new normal that we must embrace. With COVID rumors, warnings, and hype looming and lurking at every turn, employees may be feeling stuck, hopeless, frustrated, and anxious.
