    "Critical Conversations - Navigating Conflicts and Potential Landmines".

    Regardless of our role within an organization, conflict and critical conversations are inevitable. This interactive workshop will provide participants with tools they can use to help curtail difficult, critical, and escalating conversations.  Participants will learn to recognize some early warning signs, to understand the different conflict styles, and to identify the rules and processes for navigating more effectively when conversations go awry.

    Gregg Hunter, M.Ed., LPC

    Gregg Hunter, M.Ed., LPC is Director of Client Development with McLaughlin Young Group.  His role includes partnering with client organizations to determine and meet their EAP, leadership development, and change management needs.  In addition, Gregg is the account manager for McLaughlin Young’s EAP contract with North Carolina State Government, which includes 30 state agencies, as well as numerous other partners throughout the U.S.  A Licensed Professional Counselor, Gregg holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Elon University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Winthrop University.  He is a member of the Carolinas Chapter of SHRM.
