"Foundational Framework for Sustainability at Mitchell Community College"
Presenter: Dr. Tim Brewer, President of Mitchell Community College
Dr. Brewer will be focusing on the Colleges development of the Framework for Sustainability which serves as the strategic guide for the institution. Components of the presentation include how the framework was developed, how it is being implemented and what the expected outcomes will be. The process of this plan development was centered on a shared governance and decision making process that allowed for the input of faculty, staff, students, the Board and the community.
Dr. Brewer will also discuss the Mitchell's new initiative of the Manufacturing Institute in Iredell County.
